Free ground shipping

Free Ground Shipping is only available for orders that will be delivered to the UK. addresses within England Ireland Scotland & Wales. Please allow 2-9 Business Days for delivery after your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel Free Ground Shipping at any time.

To use, simply place £75 worth of items in your shopping cart and select the free shipping option during checkout.

International shipping

International shipping for prints, framed, acrylic and canvas prints is available online in 20 countries: The United Kingdom, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States. 

At this time original artwork/paintings are only available online un the UK. However, if you are wanting to purchase a piece and you live outside of the UK. Please Contact us and we will be able to negotiate a price for the piece to be derived to you.

Product availability

We will make every effort to indicate availability on each of our products. However, in the event of the purchase of an unavailable item, we will notify the purchaser and they will have the option of waiting for the item to become available or cancelling all or part of the order. 

Shipping Methods? 

We currently use several shipping providers depending on the country These include Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, UPS, and we will ship your order in a timely fashion. We will notify you when your order is shipped, providing any tracking numbers.

All orders take the same time to process whether free postage is used or not, and this is usually 2-4 business days, Monday – Friday
Postage Varies from country to country and you’ll be able to see this at the end checkout.

Order processing

Although most orders are processed within 2 business day, please allow up to 6 business days for processing. Shipping times will vary according to destination, shipping method, carrier, etc. 

Returns

We currently do not support returns due to the fact that the products you order are personalised and or made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Damaged Items

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you received, get in touch within 5 days after receipt and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
